Heater Core: Installation
- Connect the heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
- Install the new O-ring seals.
- Position and secure in the clips.
- Install the heater core.
- Install the heater core.
- Secure in the 2 clips.
- Install the TXV assembly.
- Install new O-ring seals.
- Install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
- Tighten the screws.
- Install the climate control assembly. See Auxiliary Climate Control Assembly .
