Oil Cooler: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE: Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS information.
    2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Refer to: ENGINE OIL DRAINING AND FILLING 
  4. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING
  5. Refer to: INTAKE MANIFOLD .

    8. CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping oil.
    CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.
  8. Torque: 13 Nm

    9. CAUTION: Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.
    NOTE: Install a new gasket.
