ISSUE

A customer may report that the remote key fob material appears to be peeling away from the remote and requires replacement outer covers.

CAUSE

Currently under analysis.

ACTION

Replace the remote key fob outer covers (with reference to Technical Service Bulletin LTB00631) and submit an ePQR and photograph of the date code attached to the inside of the old remote (please see attachment). ePQRS only required for vehicles within the VIN range below:

Range Rover - EA178750 onwards

Range Rover Sport - EA381017 onwards

Discovery 4/LR4 - EA724953 onwards
