SITUATION:

The Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) may experience poor reception or the satellite radio stations drop in and out on a regular basis.

CAUSE:

This may be caused by the SDARS antenna losing reception when the vehicle is located in a 4G network location.

ACTION:

Should a Customer express concern, follow the Service Instruction below.
