ISSUE

Content

Low coolant message displayed. A coolant leak is found from the seam on coolant pipe (LR018275). See the attached file for an example of the leak location.

CAUSE

A process issue at component supplier.

ACTION

Process improvements have been introduced to improve the seam welding. The end VINs for this issue are:

LR4 / Discovery 4 (L319) - LA695872

Range Rover (L322) - LM393638

Range Rover Sport (L320) - LS814557

The issue has been corrected for New Range Rover (L405) and New Range Rover Sport (L494).
