Symptom 402000 Cooling System Concerns
Methods and Techniques engineers have studied the procedure for renewing the engine coolant pump on AJ133 5.0L V8 Discovery 4/LR4 (L319), Range Rover (L322) and Range Rover Sport (L320). The SRO is 26.50.01
The new procedure now uses a partial drain of the engine coolant.

The new repair operation times are:
Discovery 4/LR4 (L319) 5.0L NA: old time 2.3 hours, new time 1.9 hours
Range Rover (L322) 5.0L NA and SC: old time 1.9 hours, new time 1.7 hours
Range Rover Sport (L320) 5.0L NA: old time 2.4 hours, new time 2.0 hours
Range Rover SPort (L320) 5.0L SC: old time 2.6 hours, new time 2.0 hours
