ISSUE
Content:
Land Rover Engineering are currently investigating a high number of warranty claims for alleged defective thermostats, applicable to LR4 and Range Rover Sport 5.0 V8 gasoline engine derivatives in the NAS Market. Reports suggest DTC P0126-26 is stored in the PCM.
CAUSE
Unknown, parts required to assist with investigation work.
ACTION
If the thermostat is replaced, please raise a Quality Report and retain the part so that it can be returned to the UK to aid root cause definition. Your support is greatly appreciated.
