Various fuel pump and gauge issues/DTC

- This Special Service Message has been released to advise that improved diagnostic information and pin point tests have been released on SDD, for 10MY vehicles onwards.
It is not possible to list all of the improvements in this Special Service Message. Improved diagnostic areas include:
- Fuel level sensor tests
- Fuel gauge tests
- Fuel pump tests
The changes have been released over several SDD releases, beginning at DVD 127.
Please make sure the latest SDD DVD and patches are loaded to take advantage of this new diagnostic information.
