SYMPTOM
203000 Basic Electrical
Issue: A Customer may report that their Steering Wheel Horn switches may not be working or requires excess force to operate.
Cause: The failure mode is currently under investigation by Land Rover Engineering and the Supplier of the switches.
CONTENT
Action: If a Customer reports this failure mode, please ensure that the Horn relay is also changed in addition to the Horn switches and submit an ePQR. Arrangements may then be made to have these Parts return for analysis.
