SERVICE INFORMATION

ISSUE
A customer may report that the Touch Screen Display (TSD) either permanently or intermittently does not display the Satellite Navigation map image, when Navigation is selected.
CAUSE
The Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) cable fitted between the Audio Control Module (ACM) and the TSD may be disconnected or partially connected.
ACTION
Check and refit if necessary the LVDS connectors at both the ACM connector C2115 and TSD connector C3442L, C3442R. Please see below for connector locations.
