SYMPTOM

107000 Interior Trim

Concern 

Warranty analysis has shown a number of reported Squeaks and Rattles on any of the Land Rover Model Range caused by additional non specified Nuts, Bolts, fixings etc left within the vehicle upon assembly.

Action 

CONTENT

Should a Customer report such a Squeak or Rattle on their vehicle and the cause is proven to be a bonus part, can you please then submit an EPQR detailing the Squeak or Rattle and a photo of the additional or non specified loose part. It is essential that a photo is submitted as this will aid the engineers in investigating the concern.

Actions are now in place within the manufacturing processes to reduce these types of issues.
