ISSUE

Customers may report that the Powerfold Door Mirrors will not Powerfold or are loose - See attached movie file which demonstrates the issue.

CAUSE

Customers or external influences such as Car Washes may inadvertantly knock the Door Mirror head into the folded position, this will then cause the Mirror head to be loose.

ACTION

Please refer to the workshop manual 5. Body and Paint / 501.09 Door Mirror diagnosis and testing, for the reset procedure.
