ISSUE

Some markets have encountered issues with the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) branded memory stick (detailed in tooling bulletin LSST079) when performing upgrades requiring its use.

CAUSE

Some early devices supplied were affected by a build issue, causing the device to work intermittently and sometimes at temperatures higher than expected.

ACTION

Bosch have cleansed their existing stocks of the affected product. If you experience any issues with your JLR branded Memory Stick, you should contact your regional Bosch office who will replace the device free of charge.
