ISSUE

Improving the recommendations by the SDD tool when customer symptom is "(multiple) warning lights on in instrument" or "warning message in display".

CAUSE

The symptom selection is not carried on past the general symptom "Warning lamps" or "Information and message center" 3rd level on the diagnostics screen. See attached file.

ACTION

To improve the diagnostics and the recommendations provided by the SDD tool, all warning lights and warning message symptoms should always be selected to the 4th level or the 5th level (where applicable). See attached file. Listed below are the most frequently reported lamps as illuminating.
