SERVICE INFORMATION

Symptom 101000 Seating

ISSUE

Incorrectly configured Seat Modules can cause incorrect functioning of the seat, or battery drain issues. The vehicle seat memory module logs U1A4C 00, "build end of line mode active"

CAUSE

Content

The seat module has been incorrectly configured to the vehicle.

ACTION

Using SDD, reconfigure the Seat Memory Module as a NEW module.

Reconfigure as existing module will not solve this issue. After completing the process, check for correct function of the windows and time settings on the vehicle before handing back to the customer
