ISSUE

Content 

Due to incorrect fitting processes the Battery Monitoring System (BMS) is not measuring the initial "battery state of charge" accurately.

CAUSE

If the LIN connector is not present before mounting the BMS onto the battery post, the unit will not measure the initial current passed when connecting into the circuit.

ACTION

The BMS LIN connector must be attached to the module before mounting the BMS onto the battery post.
