(Symptom 206000 Warning Indicators)

NOTE: This only applies to 10my vehicles onwards

ISSUE

Air suspension fault, warning light on. Fault codes starting with C1A especially C1A36-01 logged. Possibility that additional warning lights may be displayed and additional fault codes stored.

CAUSE

The harness has been incorrectly routed and is pressing against the washer filler tube causing insulation damage and a short circuit/open circuit

ACTION

If on initial investigation the air suspension warning light is on and any fault code starting C1A is found using diagnostic equipment especially C1A36-01 it is suggested that you check the harness routing under the LH headlamp. See attached photo for failure mode.

Repairs damaged wires using the harness repair kit and reposition the harness to prevent reoccurrence.
