Vehicles require wheel or tyre replacements at PDI.

CAUSE

This is either caused by the shipping process and should be claimed through transport / distribution OR it is caused during JLR manufacturing processes and should be claimed as per warranty policy.

ACTION

If you are claiming for either of the above causes - only replace the damaged component. For example:

Damaged wheel - replace wheel and transfer OK tyre.

Damaged tyre - remove and replace tyre whilst retaining original rim.
