Ancillary Drive Belt
1. Check the condition of the ancillary drive belt.
2. Remove all traces of mud and dirt from the drive belt and pulleys.
3. Check the drive belt for signs of splitting and wear.
CAUTION:
When vehicles are operating under arduous conditions, the following service items must be carried out every 5 years or 75, 000 miles (120, 000 km).
4. Every 7 years or 105, 000 miles (168, 000 km): Replace the ancillary drive belt. Refer to Accessory Drive Belt .
