CONCERN
Should a Discovery 3/LR3, Discovery 4/LR4, Range Rover Sport & Freelander 2/LR2 customer report a concern with the Heated Seat feature, then please follow the following procedure.
ACTION
It is crucial that the Technician follows the improved and recently updated diagnostics now available in Topix. These can be found under section 501-10 Seating, Diagnosis & Testing, Heater Mats.
This will lead the Technician to the root cause of the concern
