Rear Door Window Regulator And Motor: Removal

NOTE: The door glass should be lowered by approximately one third.

Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Door Trim Panel .
Remove the speaker.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the 4 screws.
Carefully remove the outer waist seal.
- Remove the screw.

NOTE: Wedge the glass in this position.

Using the special tool, release the clip and lift the glass to the top of the door frame.
Remove the window motor and regulator assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the 4 bolts.
- Remove the 2 nuts.
- Rotate the assembly 90 degrees clockwise, to remove the upper part of the assembly from the rear side of the aperture first.
