Liftgate Latch: Installation

  1. Install the liftgate latch.
    • Attach the liftgate latch to actuator cable.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Tighten the Torx screws to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
  2. Install the tailgate water shedder.
  3. Install the tailgate trim panel. Refer to Tailgate Trim Panel .
  4. Adjust the liftgate striker. See LIFTGATE STRIKER ADJUSTMENT .
