Brake Master Cylinder: Removal
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the brake fluid reservoir. See Brake Fluid Reservoir .
- Disconnect the brake master cylinder brake tubes.
- Remove the brake master cylinder.
- Remove the 2 nuts.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
CAUTION:
Before the disconnection or removal of any components, make sure the area around joint faces and connections are clean. Plug any open connections to prevent contamination.
