Extension Housing Seal: Removal
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the transfer case. Refer to Transfer Case - 5.0L and Refer to Transfer Case - 3.0L Diesel article.

- Remove the transmission output shaft oil seal.
- Use the special tool.

Remover, Input Shaft Seal (303-903)
WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
CAUTION:
Care must be taken to avoid damage to the seal register and running surface.
