Transfer Case Input Shaft Seal V8 5.0L Petrol: Removal
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the transfer case. See TRANSFER CASE - 5.0L .
- Carefully remove and discard the oil seal.
- Use the special tool.
WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
CAUTION:
Care must be taken to avoid damage to the seal register and running surface.
