Lower Arm Ball Joint: Installation

    All vehicles 

  1. Clean the components.
  2. Inspect the new ball joint to determine if a radius is present.

    3. Ball joint without radius 

  3. Using the special tools, install the ball joint.

    4. Ball joint with radius 

  4. Using the special tools, install the ball joint.
    GJ0015274

    5. All vehicles 

  5. Install the circlip.
  6. Install the lower arm. See Lower Arm . .
  7. Install the wheel and tire.
    • Tighten the wheel nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb.ft).
