Rear Door Fixed Window Glass: Installation
- Install the rear door window fixed glass.
- Make sure the locating peg on the fixed glass has engaged with the door frame.
- Tighten the Torx screw to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
- Install the channel lining.
- Install the inner waist seal.
- Install the door frame trim.
- Clean the component mating faces.
- Remove backing tape from adhesive strip.
- Secure the clips.
- Raise the rear door glass fully.
- Engage the door glass with the channel.
- Install the rear door window motor and regulator assembly. See REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR AND MOTOR .
NOTE:
Wedge the glass in this position.
